Credit Repair and Your Privacy
Most consumers are afraid of paying much attention to their credit because they fear that their privacy will be tampered on or abused by credit repair firms and companies.
What most consumers aren’t aware of is the fact that legal credit card repair companies, especially those being endorsed by credit bureaus, like Lexington Law, ensure that they keep all the personal information of their clients at all times whatever their credit repair concerns may be.

A recent article said the following:

Credit bureaus (sometimes called “credit reference agencies”) are typical voluntary mechanisms: they are information brokers, which operate on the principle of reciprocity, collecting, filing, and distributing the information supplied voluntarily by their members.”

Therefore, whatever isn’t disclosed publicly by the consumer shouldn’t be disclosed by credit repair companies.

It is therefore important that a consumer trusts his or her credit repair company of choice. This is the only way both parties could work together in repairing bad credit and improving a person’s credit standing altogether.
